Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across the India market. The role involves acquiring new customers, expanding key accounts, and promoting our end-to-end logistics solutions including air & ocean freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and multimodal transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads across Air/Ocean freight and supply chain services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue & GP targets.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver customized logistics solutions.
  • Prepare RFQs/RFPs, pricing proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis for strategic sales planning.
  • Work closely with operations and global teams to ensure smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 412 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of import/export processes, INCOTERMS, customs regulations, air & ocean freight, LCL/FCL, consolidation, and warehousing solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Existing network of shippers, consignees, CHAs, OEMs, or trading companies.
  • Already having an existing book of business preferably focused on US and Europe markets is an advantage.
